Kid Created Yummy Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

This is the easiest, best tasting smoothie!  You just need four ingredients and your blender.  The best thing is that it doesn’t taste like a breakfast, but kinda like a treat- like a Reese’s peanut butter cup!  Who doesn’t love peanut butter cups!

 Here are the ingredients:

1 banana (cold)

1/2 cup vanilla Almond milk

1 tsp cocoa powder

1 Tbs Peanut Butter

Put everything into your VitaMix (or blender), run on high for about 30 seconds and you are done.  You can add a couple of ice cubes if you didn’t have your banana in the refrigerator, smoothies need to be cold!  Try it!

    Freeze the banana first and it’ll make the smoothie nice and thick, like a shake. Add some plain no fat greek yogurt too for a nice protein boost and some extra cream-y-ness….!

      For keeping the recipe vegan, Wildwood Probiotic Soyogurt would be an excellent choice for added protein (6g/serving) and creaminess.
