Easy Vegan Snickerdoodles!

Try this easy Vegan Snickerdoodle


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sift together the following:

1  2/3 c flour

2 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

Then with hand mixer, add:

½ c Soy Free Earth Balance

¾ c Sugar

1/8 c Sprite

1 tsp vanilla extract

Chill dough for about an hour in refrigerator for
easier rolling.

Place 1/4c sugar & 2 tsp cinnamon in a
ziplock bag.  Roll dough into tablespoon
sized balls and drop up to ziplock (4-6  at a time) & shake.

Place cookie balls on ungreased cookie
sheet and bake 8-10 minutes until the bottoms are lightly golden.  Leave on cookie sheet to cool.   Enjoy!
