Dark Chocolate Vegan Brownies

These brownies are  so quick and easy, a couple of minutes of blending ingredients and then bake for 25 minutes.  Less than half an hour for amazingly moist and flavorful, totally animal free Brownies!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease 9 in square pan.


One 15 ounce can Black beans (drained and rinsed)

2 over ripe bananas

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 Tbs instant coffee

1/4 cup instant oats

Place all the ingredients into blender or food processor, I use a Vitamix for getting batter smooth in a hurry.  Stir in the oats and pour batter into pan.  Bake for 25 minutes, cool completely before slicing these are really moist and will not slice well when hot!
