The things I like most about October are Halloween, carving pumpkins and PUMPKIN PIE!!
I really, really like pumpkin pie!
So today I tried to make a pumpkin pie smoothie and it turned out almost as good as pumpkin pie itself! You should try it!
Here’s how to make it:
1/2 c canned pumpkin
3/4 c Vanilla Soy milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp maple syrup
4 ice cubes
Just put everything in the blender and run until smooth! Mmmmm…
